NYU Abu Dhabi’s Strength & Conditioning program is committed to supporting all intercollegiate sports and student-athletes. The program is instrumental in helping each athlete properly prepare and maximize his or her athletic potential for competitive success. The program aims to reduce the risk of injury and improve speed, strength, and mental resilience. Working closely with coaches and the Athletic Training Center, the program is an integral part of the intercollegiate student-athlete experience.
